The hru1_calibrate project was used to calibrate the Sorghum, Early variety, growth stage parameters. One HRU was used and ran for three years.
The sorghum project is the main project for the Sorghum Planting Date project. It contains the calibrated soil parameters and soil layer table. These are the re-calibrated parameters after turning off the tillage flag. Files that were customized for the Sorghum Planting Date project include: crop_upgm.csv, irrigation.csv, man_irri.cs and, management.csv. This project was run for 8 hru's for 28 years.
The sorghum_from_Rob was  Rob's calibrated project and is what the 'sorghum' project came from.
The sorghum_planting_date project is old but it couldn't be removed it from the projects folder.
