Description
Retrieve the requested HUC 8,10,12 or counties within the provided GeoJSON boundary and their corresponding healthy watershed indicators.

Note: Version 1.0 ([ISSUE:https://alm.engr.colostate.edu/cb/issue/40570]) used fake indicator data. Version 2.0, this version, uses real watershed data compiled in July 2019.
