GRAS-04: Calculate Forage Area Adjustment Factors (CalcFAAFactors)

This service intersects the geometries of all forage area adjustments and calculates the adjustment factor for each intersected polygon. Included are water source point features and distance to water factors. Other adjustment areas (vegetation, slope, etc.) are polygons. The calculated factors are used later to adjust forage production in the grazing unit (area of analysis, or AoA).
