Description
Certain input geometries are failing SQL validity checks when used as geometries in geometric searches for soils information. Many of these are valid geographies for SQL, but just not valid geometries in SQL. A methodology has been put in place this month, November 2018, in other services, i.e. csip-weps\region\2.0, that can be used herein to auto-correct these types of input geometries.

Add this same functionality to the csip-erosion soils\1.2

Fix is inherent in the completion of the request tracker #48706
