Change the GRAS schema table d_pci_indicator_ratings as follows:
1) Change the data type of column choice_label from small int to VarChar()
2) Add three (3) new rows to the table, highlighted in yellow in the attached spreadsheet.
3) Pass these changes on to NRCS via Christine Whitely.
