Farm Irrigation Rating Index - Get All Factors

This service fetches factors by category from Conservation Resources FIRI domain table(s) for populating choices lists in an application, such as the NRCS Conservation Desktop, and for computing a farm irrigation rating index for an area of analysis (e.g. farm field).s
