New

Variable substitution in property files.
CLI Simulation Deployment in self contained executable jar (sealed). Contains OMS RT+Libs, all model components, the simulation (model, parameter files, input dir, output dir).
Removed support for .pps files in simulations in favor of scp (conversion pps->csp: Tools Action)
Implemented "public" and "protected" meta data for properties that control access and visibility in a deployed model.
RT requires Java 1.6
Fixed bundled Thornthwaite example.

NPE for @Property Info lookup, when there is no info given (Res: better code.)
External batch execution swallows any model exeption and stops without a hint. (Res: checked ModelException after execution)
Model execution fails, if project resides in a folder containing spaces in name.(Res: argument quoting.)
