Description

ESP implementation moved to csv tables for input managment
removed NetCDF module from module suite (not needed).
enabling/disabling components for execution (/* Output */)
supporting .csproperties for parameter files.
analysis: $current, $last, $first, $previous (based on name order)
Layout improvements in ESP analysis.
Component connectivity panel reworked (icons, path, etc.)
Additional "Run" Context Action for any Simulation
ESP 'resultinfo.xml' path name in panel
'pps' -> 'csproperties' conversion action in "Tools"
ESP scenario has analysis panel like the Basic scenario.
Removed platform upgrader module
