- An updated pesticide service for WQM-03

- An Updated Soils service suite containing updates to the WepsSoilInput service that generates IFC files for IET. (Updates are to a library shared among all Soils services, including RS services.)

- Update to Wepot 2.0 services to establish a default i_factor of 134.0 when the SDM database is missing data for a soil component in the WEI column.
- Update to the ls_factor calculation, per Soils SME, to utilize a new slope equation that does not trigonometric functions; taken from Canadian government soils sources utilizing grade of soil slope in place of angle of slope.
