CSIP AGES and RZ dev install

1. Download/Unzip/Install the OMS 3.3 console.
2. Download/Copy the file omsx.csip.jar into the folder $HOME/.oms/3.3
3. Download/Unzip the AGES and RZ projects
4. Download for RZ the scenarios (10 or 50 scenarios)

Open the RZ project in the console. modify the path in Run_Scenarios.groovy to point to the RZ test folder. Hit the RUN button

Open the AGES project in the console and run arti_catch.sim
