-renamed 2.0.1 to 2.0 Rusle2
-rename 1.3.1 to 1.3 WEPS
-added amd64 weps exes for windows, since some platforms will expect them as amd64, not as win-x86.
this is a side effect of putting ${arch} in the extraction path - we should probably address this
differently long term...
