Update global parameter file "drake_watershed_58hru.csv" and soil layer parameter file "soils_hor_swc.csv" with latest calibrated parameters from 6-parameter subdaily runoff calibration over test calibration period (June 8, 2011 to July 14, 2011). The 6 parameters calibrated to subdaily runoff are: a_rain, soilMaxDPS, soilMaxInfSummer, lagSurfaceRunoff, flowRouteTA, and Ksink. All other calibrated parameters are from Scheme 5 daily soil moisture/runoff calibration (80%/20%). Note that mean surface kf is no longer calibrated to subdaily runoff and all parameters in "soils_hor_swc.csv" are from daily calibration.

Added new management file "management-2002-2013" that can be used for any simulations between 2002 and 2013. This management file uses yyyy-mm-dd date format and eliminates problems seen with previous mm-dd date format when changing simulation start times (i.e. incorrectly growing a crop at start of simulation when it shouldn't). Updated land use id (LID) in hrus.csv for projects that were incorrectly using LID = 1 instead of LID = 7.

Updated reach.csv and topo.csv in subdaily project "drake58hru-5min-test" to represent more reach segments. Original reach.csv and topo.csv renamed to "reach_old.csv" and "topo_old.csv". No changes were made to the stream network of three major stream reaches, however the existing streams are subdivided into more reach segments by the existing hru boundaries. This change allows for more spatial information of flow within the streams at a similar scale to the hru resolution.

Now includes reach.csv in the calibrated parameters but will error in luca if trying to use filter_param or subset arguments due to negative number for reach id. Also includes temporal_additional.csv to switch between subdaily and daily timesteps (daily used on days of no rain or runoff). Currently there is an Ages bug when switching from subdaily to daily as substantial runoff generated on daily. Simulation runs from June 8, 2011 through July 13, 2011, with observed runoff events on June 8, June 9, July 11, July 12, and July 13.

Projects "drake58hru-5min-test", "drake58hru-15min-test", and "drake58hru-hourly-test" are set up to run July 11, 2011 through July 14, 2011 while loading a state file saved from the daily model on July 10, 2011. Calibrated parameters from daily model (Scheme 5), except flowrouteta which was manually calibrated to a value of 0.008 to match observed peak flow timing for the July 11 runoff event.
