Corrected RH_Max value of 0 on 12/29/1994 and 0 values for both RH_Max and RH_Min on 12/30/1994. Used data from the Kersey 01 station (ksy01) in CoAgMet.

Updated crop_upgm.csv with the parameter values for the Sorghum Early variety to work with the new Sorghum growth stages structure.

Changes in the ...shared/Data folder: changes were made in the global parameter file - greeley_all_crops.csv, for the new AgES and the calibrated soil parameters; the management.csv file was updated with more reasonable sorghum planting dates; the weather files:precip, rhum, solrad, tmax, tmin and wind were replaced with the single station QAQC'd weather data for Greeley LIRF; the soils_hor_swc.csv file is the calibrated soil layer file for Greeley LIRF location.
Simulation folder changes included: console.inc changes for the changes in the new AgES; output.inc contains changes from the new AgES changes.
In the ... upgm/data folder the crop_upgm.csv file has changes to the parameters for hay millet, proso millet and sunflower for all varieties and changes to the sorghum Early variety and one preliminary change to the dry bean Early variety.
The console.inc in the upgm folder was updated to be able to display variables in the console and the output.inc file was also updated with variable name changes from the new AgES.

Update project to latest developer version of AgES

- Remove balance output variables
- Update values for geo and soil MaxPerc
- Change soilConc RD1 and RD2 to lag variables
