Harvest Index was added to the output for "HRU Crop Growth.csv" and for "catchment Crop Growth.csv". This occurred only when when SWAT was run.

A minor adjustment was made in the crop_upgm.csv data file for the seedbed soil moisture. The seedbed soil moisture was set to Medium as the default in the crop_upgm.csv file for both the UPGM and the WEPS model.

Set bcehu0 = 0.8 (default value) in crop_upgm.csv for UPGM and WEPS.      This is acehu0 in crop_upgm and bcehu0 in the code.

Added efflai to output.inc for upgm and weps in the Catchment Crop Growth.csv and HRU Crop Growth.csv files. Removed it from output.inc in the shared/simulation folder.      SWAT doesn't provide efflai so it was not necessary in the shared folder.

Corrected three crop ID's in the crop.csv file.     Spring wheat and Spring Barley were corrected from 5 to 4 and Alfalfa from 6 to 3. Added the output of Aboveground Biomass (BioagAct) to the "HRU Crop Growth.csv"  and to the "Catchment Crop Growth.csv" files.

Nitrogen parameters were added: IDC, bn1, bn2, bn3 in both the UPGM and WEPS projects.Corrected the Crop Type codes in the UPGM and WEPS projects
   The crop type was not consistent between the ac0idc column from WEPS and the IDC column from SWAT for spring wheat, spring barley and range grass. The codes in both columns for alfalf was incorrect.
   Spring wheat and spring barley were set to 4, range grass was set to 6 and alfalfa was changed to 3.

Updated files to run with the restructured AgES using Java UPGM    Added CIDs of 901 for Proso Millet and 903 for Hay Millet to crop.csv and management.csv. In crop.csv, canopy height (CHTMX) was changed to 1.1 m.    Added the co2.csv file and added a line to the input.inc file to use the co2.csv file.    Reverted the subsurface.xml to use the upgm.adapter now that Java UPGM is functioning in AgES. The upgm2.Adapter is no longer needed. The PotentialCropGrowthAdapter is retained in subsurface.xml.    Updated the crop_upgm.csv file with two columns replaced: column acthudf was replaced with acxrow (row spacing) and column actdtm was replaced with winter-ann_root. in both the UPGM project and WEPS project.
