SCM repository 'csip-commondb'

This repository is designed to hold all database code that accesses the Conservation Resources Common schema.

This database code will be shared across all services that use the R2GIS tables, (State County, Climate, Windgen, etc.), so that no duplication exists between service packages in order to provide a single point of code modification.

NOTE: The common schema will hold the R2GIS tables, and others as they are created for future use.
