This repository holds Java classes associated with SSURGO tables for soils and associated logic. It was created in order to align logic and implementations among csip-erosion, csip-wqm, csip-rse and any other csip services needing to identify and/or calculate soils specific results.

?  Adjustment for WEPS.exe:  Model does not like missing localphase, or missing depth to root restricting values even though they are listed as ignored.  Added checks and settings to put default values in these if missing.
