csip-watershed Downloads and Installation

All Files (except JAVA and Tomcat) can be found in this folder.

Install

• JAVA 8 JDK
• Tomcat 8.5.x

• Python 3.9.6 (installer from this folder!)
  • Add Python 3.9 PATH
  • Install for all users

• TauDEM537 (installer from this folder)
  • Install for all users
  • Typical

Install the python modules from wheels (in this folder):

• pip install .\GDAL-3.3.1-cp39-cp39-win_amd64.whl
• pip install .\rasterio-1.2.6-cp39-win_amd64.whl
• pip install .\Fiona-1.8.20-cp39-cp39-win_amd64.whl
• pip install .\rasterstats-0.15.0-py3-none-any.whl

Mount the DEM folder as drive, e.g. "X:", set in the yaml file:

    watershed.data.path: X:

Copy the .war file into the webapp tomcat folder, start tomcat.
