Erosion Climate Parameters (csip-erosion/d/rusle2/climate/1.0)

20170425: This service returns a climate .xml file for input to the RUSLE2 model via intersecting climate R factor map geometry with the farm field centroid (lat/long). The service also can return a period R factor (rainfall amount/intensity factor) if specified. The latter feature has been used by the EPA Low Erosivity Waiver (LEW) web application for several years.
