Description

Two options: (1) create SQL Server instance of CSIP SSURGO and deploy to NRCS platform; (2) point WQM services for RSET to SSURGO instance in NRCS data center. CSIP SSURGO is sharded for performance. If option 2 adopted, performance testing required. Need to verify WQM services for RSET run against SQL Server instance.
