Description
Retrieve USGS National Water Information System (NWIS), U.S. EPA STORET, Colorado Division of Water Resources (CDWR), and Colorado Data Sharing Network (CDSN) stream monitoring station information (station id, lat, long, org id, etc.) using USGS NWIS web services (https://help.waterdata.usgs.gov/faq/automated-retrievals) and Water Quality Data Portal web services (https://www.waterqualitydata.us/webservices_documentation/), CDWR CDSS web services (http://dnrweb.state.co.us/dwr/dwrapiservice/help#TechInfoHelp&#All&#gettingstarted&#jsonxml), and CDSN web services (http://awqms.org/node/2) instead of local data layer hosted in csip databases.

- Replaces previous 2.2 service (WRAP: Water Stations (V2.2))

- Allows selection of whether to include historic stream monitoring stations or not, the 2.2 service always includes historic stations
