Description
Service to extract historic stream monitoring gages from the Colorado Division of Water Resources (DWR) for an area of interest in Colorado to provide more context for instream flow assessments.

This was deprecated in favor of historic DWR gages extracted through csip-lib-water (csip-lib-water) using station location services in csip-wrap. The first version, WRAP: Water Stations (V2.2), defaults to including historic stations. The next version, WRAP: Water Stations (V2.3), allows user input (keep_historic_TF) to determine whether historic gages should be included in the results.
