The ipat request (and result) JSON lacks a "rotation" object. The "irrigation_land_units" object contains an array of land units. Each land unit should have one "rotation" object containing the "crop_id", "crop_name", and "application_depth" parameters. The result parameter "rotation_water_applied" should be the sum of "application_depth" values for the rotation, a rate (volume/area) having units in acre-feet/acre. The result parameter "rotation_water_use" should be "rotation_water_applied" * "irrigated_acres", a volume having units in acre-feet. Suggested request JSON attached.
