Both crop files were updated to allow all four seedbed conditions for Fallow.
The management file added empty management events to start MIDs before irrigations events for the MID.
Console.inc was updated to display the irrigation_amount in plots.
Output.inc was changed to allow outputting of the irrigation amount in output files.

The crop_upgm file has three added Fallow entries to include seedbed conditions of Medium, Dry and Planted in Dust. The original Fallow entry was assigned to the Optimum seedbed condition. This file was added to the greeley_lirf_16_plots project.
The project name was changed to the 'greeley_lirf_16_plots project in the console.inc file. Irrigation amount was added to console.inc as a variable to be graphed in the OMS Console for the greeley_lirf_16_plots project..

Removed irrigation from the fallow crop entries and changed the CID in management and irrigaion.csv files where needed.
Added an early entry to several managements to allow the start of those managements before the first irrigation event occurred. This was a problem when irrigation on a management occurred before the first event in that management happened.

Changes made in the console for displaying graphs for the Late variety of Corn (HRU's 5 and 6) to try to understand why the crop did not reach maturity.
