Minor adjustments were made in the crop_upgm.csv data file for the BN values and the seedbed soil moisture. The seedbed soil moisture was set to Medium as the default in the crop_upgm.csv file for both the UPGM and the WEPS model. The BN values were set to the default values of 0.07, 0.03 and 0.012 in crop_upgm.csv for the WEPS model.
Added 'efflai' to two output files: Catchment Crop Growth.csv and HRU Crop Growth.csv (there are five of these for Greeley) in output.inc. Removed 'efflai' from output files in output.inc in the shared folder.
Corrected the Crop Type codes in the UPGM and WEPS projects The crop type was not consistent between the ac0idc column from WEPS and the IDC column from SWAT for spring wheat, spring barley and range grass. The codes in both columns for alfalf was incorrect. Spring wheat and spring barley were set to 4, range grass was set to 6 and alfalfa was changed to 3.
Corrected Missing Value Indicator in precip.csv, tmax.csv and tmin.csv. In these climate files, several days of mssing values in the Fort Collins station were entered as 999.9. These were corrected to the AgES recognized missing value indicator of -9999. The other climate files were correct, i.e., they did not have the incorrect missing value indicator. In crop_upgm.csv for UPGM, the parameter to start leaf senescence was changed from 0.8 to 0.6 in an effort to see LAI values decrease and to seeleaf senescence begin earlier, i.e., at Flag Leaf Complete growth stage in winter wheat. The daily gddday value was added to output.inc for all three models to show the calculated value of GGD for each day.
Greeley Wheat 2008-09 was set up to run with the Before and After Partitioning switch added to Growth.java in AgES. The Full irrigation treatment was run and then the J+A treatment was run to begin the calibration of Partitioning. Nitrogen parameters were added to the "crop_upgm.csv" file in both the upgm and weps model setup in the the data folder for those two projects and in the upgm folder for the two 'w and w-o partitioning' projects.
Files were updated to run with the newly restructured AgES using Java UPGM Subsurface.xml was reverted back to using the upgm.Adapter and the Potential Crop Growth Adapter was added back in. A line was added to input.inc to use the co2.csv file, i.e., CO2 was turned on. The co2.csv file was added to the data folder. Crop ID's were added for Proso Millet of 901 and Hay Millet of 903 to crop.csv. Crop_upgm.csv file was modified adding the CID's for Proso Millet and Hay Millet and by changing two columns. The acthudf column was replaced with acxrow and the actdtm column was replaced with winter-ann_root.
Final project setup for 1st Phenology Paper- Added Penman CO2 response adapter to WEPS, UPGM, and SWAT.
